Soleau
Soleau (pronounced so'-lo) is derived from the words Sol (Spanish for Sun) and Eau (French for Water).
The Soleau wine brand was started for our restaurant clients who needed lower-priced wines to pour by the glass. The wines are still produced using our high quality hand sorting techniques. However, they are produced primarily from purchased grapes, and utilizing either a stainless steel fermentation, lower priced barrels, or barrels in their later years. Our premium wines are often produced with barrels costing $800-$900.
